Terms and Conditions

  • No provisional bookings can be made; we require a deposit of £10 per person for all food menus. The balance to be paid in full within 4 weeks of the booking.
  • Bookings made between 25th October 2010 and 19th November 2010 require full payment by 19th November 2010.
  • Any bookings made post 19th November 2010 require full payment on all food menus.
  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • A discretionary service charge of 10% will be charged on the day of the event.
  • All restaurant bookings are allocated a 2 hour seating time.
  • Our dress code is smart casual.
  • All members of your party MUST be over 18 years old. ID may be required.
  • All prices shown are per person.
  • Any person / parties arriving for the set menus after the reserved time may be subject to the removal of one or more courses due to time constraints; there will be no reduction in price should this occur.
  • Please note areas that you book are a base for your party but don't necessarily guarantee seating for everyone.
  • Menu content is correct at the time of going to print and may be subject to change.
  • For deposits made by cheque, please write guarantee card detail on the reverse of the cheque.
  • All cheques must be paid 10 days prior to the party or 19th November 2010.
  • Cash deposit must be made in person.
  • Access to some areas in the venue may be restricted due to private functions.
  • Management reserve the right to refuse admission in accordance with licensing law and in such cases any pre-paid monies will not be refunded.
  • Return of your signed booking form is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
